Robert DelamereCo-Founder / CEO
More about Robert +Robert formed Digital Theatre in 2008 and launched the Company in September 2009. He has directed television for World Productions/Mersey Television and Channel Four, working with budgets of £750,000 per programme and upwards, managing and guiding large casts, crews and supporting production companies and location offices. Robert is a theatre, opera, television, radio and commercials director best known for his theatre work, where he has directed more than forty productions both in the UK and abroad, including: Shoot theCrow (West End), Thomas More (West End), Accidental Death of an Anarchist (Donmar Warehouse), In Arabia We'd All be Kings (Hampstead Theatre), Whistling Pysche (Almeida), A Russian in the Woods (RSC/The Other Place/The Pit), In a Little World of Our Own (Foundry/DonmarWarehouse) and Force of Change (Royal Court). He has also written Nicotine Jean and directed Linda Brogan's God Can See Down Entries, both for the BBC Radio 3 series The Wire.
His theatre productions have been nominated for numerous awards including 'The South Bank Show', 'Production of the Year' for The Force of Change and the 2006 'Olivier Awards', 'Comedy of the Year' and 'What's on Stage' theatre awards for 'Best Ensemble', 'Best Comedy' and 'Best New Play' for the West End sell-out production of Shoot the Crow. Formerly, in 2008/2009 Robert was the Creative Director of Amnesty International, where he built projects across a variety of media fields, banking groups and the arts, bringing £400,000 to the charity through a partnership with the Co-operative Banking group and worldwide publishing deals for literary projects. In 2008 Robert was a co-founding director of Altered States Media, directing promos and commercials for various broadcasters.
Robert is a co-founding director of Digital Theatre, manages the business and directs all of Digital Theatre's filmed productions.
Tom ShawCo-Founder / Executive Producer
More about Tom +Tom is an accomplished producer who has worked in a wide variety of media fields including live events, radio, and commercial video and film. During his time at Zafer Productions from 2004-2007 Tom produced events such as the Sony Radio Academy Awards, BBC Jazz Awards, Music Industry Trust Award,Women In Film and Television, and conferences for Waterstones and HMV both nationally and internationally. In 2006 Tom also produced radio for Classic FM, and in 2003 co-managed The Storm radio station in Manchester. He produced, shot and edited a variety of commercial video and film for broadcast and commercial use.
In 2008 with Amnesty International, Tom worked in the creative team project managing a variety of awareness projects across the fields of literature, television, comedy, theatre, and arts. In 2008 he co-founded a production company, Altered States Media, producing a variety of commercial and broadcast work.
Tom is a co-founding director of Digital Theatre and the producer of the Digital Theatre filmed productions.
Suzie RendleOperations Manager
More about Suzie +Suzie trained as a graphic designer at Chelsea and Hornsey College of art. She has worked in both London and Sydney as a freelance creative within the advertising and design industries. Following a change in career direction she moved to Leo Burnett London as assistant to the Executive Creative Director. She was part of a project team to put live ads on stage for a one night performance of 'Saturday Night Fever' at the London Apollo theatre for clients of Leo Burnett in aid of Comic Relief. She participated in a project to set up a virtual advertising agency in 'Second Life' which further developed her interest in new media.
Suzie joined Digital Theatre in 2009 as Operations Manager working to implement systems and processes prior to the launch of the website in October of that year. She works across both the Digital Theatre and Digital Theatre Plus brands and enjoys working closely with the production and web team as well as the founder members of the business.
Robert StannettChief Financial Officer
More about Robert +A board level finance professional with a background of more than 15 years in multinational technology and media companies, both VC backed and publicly quoted, Robert has extensive experience in fund raising, acquisitions, restructuring and running Finance, HR and IT teams, with both large and small companies. Prior to joining Digital Theatre in June 2011, Robert was the Group Finance Director at KUJU Entertainment Ltd.
In 2007-2008 Robert was the finance director of Precise Media Limited where he was responsible for all aspects of Finance in this PE backed media (Phoenix Equity) company. Robert is an ACA and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies - First Class from the University of South West.
Paul SchneiderDevelopment Manager
More about Paul +Paul is the web development manager for the Digital Theatre and Digital Theatre Plus websites. He has previously worked for several large digital agencies, working on high profile web projects for a number of well known clients.
Paul holds a First class Honours degree in Business Information Technology from Bournemouth University. Paul joined Digital Theatre in 2010.

Andrea Dos SantosTechnical Administrator
More about Andrea +Andrea is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Information Systems and post-graduated in Analysis, Project and Systems Management from Rio de Janeiro Catholic University(PUC-Rio). Andrea has worked on a number of different web projects at Petrobras, a Brazilian based global oil company.
She fell in love with London whilst travelling around Europe and joined Digital Theatre in March 2011.
