Accessibility:

Do your productions have captions?
A number of our productions have captions.
Please contact dtconsumer@digitaltheatre.com to get the latest list.
To play captions on one of those productions, press play on the video player screen, then press the 'CC' button on the bottom of the video player screen.
Unfortunately, we have a current technical issue, which means that every production shows a CC button from the start - however, it will disappear after a few seconds if there are no captions available.

Further technical advice

Redirects:

Why I am being directed to your education site DT+ when I log in?
We have a current technical issue that affects some customers who use two accounts on the same device - one on DT for personal use and another on DT+ for teaching purposes.
To fix this, you will need to clear your cookies - instructions for your device and browser can be found via Google.

Watching productions in public

Group viewings of DT content:

Can I show productions in a school, university or other organisational setting?
No, our rights agreements mean that DT is for personal use only - at home or via a personal device while on the move.
You must use DT+ for teaching and learning purposes - please contact sales@digitaltheatre.com for more information.

Can I show DT productions to a community group, theatre group or cinema?

You can only do this through a contract with DT and through a DVD being made available.
However, the productions available are limited, as all organisations, cast and creative team members need to agree to productions being used in these settings.
Also, where we don't have a DVD for a production, there is a significant cost in making one and this is charged to the customer.
If you do have a request, please email dtconsumer@digitaltheatre.com
